A flavorful menu that caters to all palates—vegan and gluten-free included
True Food Kitchen began as a collaboration between famed nutritionist and health guru Dr. Andrew Weil and Phoenix restaurateur Sam Fox. Fox spent time with Dr. Weil, learning how to create food that is both healthy and delicious. The result was a restaurant that the two describe as a place where “delicious flavors, healthy nutrients, environmental awareness and an inviting atmosphere come together to create an unforgettable dining experience.”
Many of the dishes adhere to the principles of Dr. Weil’s anti-inflammatory diet, with ingredients like dairy, Asian mushrooms, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, spices, fish and chocolate that work together to counteract the inflammation that is the root cause of many illnesses. At the same time, True Food Kitchen believes that healthy eating doesn’t mean depriving the body of great flavors. Healthy living and good taste can go hand in hand.
Dishes are influenced by Mediterranean, Asian, and Californian cuisine with fresh salads, pizzas, sandwiches and entreés like Red Chili Shrimp, Panang Curry, Thai Green Papaya, Mediterranean Chopped Salad and Grass Fed Bison Burger. Be sure to try refreshing drinks like Honey Lemonade or TFK Seasonal Soda at True Food Kitchen’s two Arizona locations: Scottsdale Quarter or the Arizona Biltmore Shopping Center.
